  My husband’s personal experience: Bought several hundreds of dollars in lumber from the mill from Chad McCoy. At first Chad McCoy tried to sell him a stack of wet black moldy lumber. It was refused, and my husband was told to come back in a month. Chad was told the lumber that we neeeded was to be stick dried, and down to 16-18% moisture. Came back in that month, after purchasing his own moisture meter, and again the lumber was at 27% moisture. It was refused. Told to come back in 2 weeks because his brother had some in another warehouse and it wasn’t there. Was told to come back in another 2 weeks. Came back and still didn’t have it. Was told to come back in another 2 weeks. Upon his return, my husband was told he would have to go through several piles of lumber to try to find the lumber he needed. He refused to sort his lumber for him. Was told to call him, and never got an answer. My husband left msgs, and calls never returned. So husband went to Wood Depot office to get answers, and was told he would have answers by end of the day. Called next day after no reply. He was given Jack McCoys number, so he called him. Asked why he couldn’t get his lumber, and his reply was, “ Is this the guy that wants the 100 boards.?” Husband replied, “ Yes it’s me, and I’m running out of good weather to work in”. Jack’s reply was, “Don’t call us, we’ll call you”. 7 months later, still no reply. So in his experience, they lied, & tried to sell inferior product. All he needed was 100 more boards to finish his project after staying loyal to them. They did not deliver & gave him the run around. Unreliable for the little man. Signed: 100 Boards
